  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

2. Products & Intended Use

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, packaging, and descriptions of our essential oils, facial sculpting tools, and spa accessories as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or natural textures may occur.

  • Personal Care Disclaimer: Products sold on The Spa Origin are intended solely for personal, non-medical wellness use. Essential oils and skincare tools are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always perform a patch test before using botanical products.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on thespaorigin.in are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of placing an order using our authorized online payment gateways (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets). Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is authorized.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

  • Order Confirmation: Receiving an automated email receipt does not signify final order acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected payment fraud.

  • Order Cancellation by Customer: You may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered fulfillment or dispatch. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided during checkout are estimates and depend on external courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket).

  • The Spa Origin is not liable for minor shipping delays caused by courier delays, weather disruptions, holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the package to your provided address.

6. No Return & Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to strict health, hygiene, and sanitary standards for personal care products, aromatherapy oils, and facial tools, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer cash refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

  • Transit Damage or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or broken in transit:

    1. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thespaorigin.in with your Order ID.

    2. Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the shipping label, packaging, and damaged item are strictly required to process a claim.

    3. Verified claims will be resolved with a free replacement or Store Credit. Cash refunds are not provided for shipping damage.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on thespaorigin.in—including brand names, logos, graphics, images, website layouts, product copy, and design elements—is the exclusive property of The Spa Origin and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any site content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, The Spa Origin shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our products or website.
