Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of personal care items, aromatherapy oils, facial sculpting tools, and wellness products, all sales on The Spa Origin are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer cash refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every package carefully before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective in transit:

Notification Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@thespaorigin.in with your Order ID.
Proof Required: Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the outer shipping box, shipping label, and the damaged item are required to process a claim.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will send a free replacement for the damaged item. If a replacement is out of stock, store credit equal to the item value will be issued. No cash or bank refunds will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. Once an order enters processing or dispatch, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
